Circular Definition
"Real-Time" means, in relation to reporting of events and data, transactions which shall be concluded in sufficient time to meet overall System performance requirements
Comment - "Real-Time" is defined only if overall requirements are met this cannot be the basis for definition. This could have the effect that real-time would not be real-time, even if the time was instantaneous cannot use top level to define base level. A different basis for the definition needs to be found.
The system shall monitor bus location with sufficient frequency to meet FPS requirements.
This is a requirement which requires the system to meet requirements.
