Fitness for Purpose
Some statements say the exact opposite of what is intended. There is an example in the Yard Truck FPS,
5.85 The construct of a Yard Truck shall ensure the ingress of air-borne dust and sand into the cabin. Measurements shall be taken in accordance with AS 3640 and/or AS 2985.
where "ensure" is used, but "prevent" is meant.
We can create a model of a working environment for humans based on temperature, air quality, vibration levels. Then anything which would move outside that working environment would be flagged. The "ensure ingress of dust" would indicate an increase in airborne particulates.
