5.14 The braking performance of a Yard Truck shall be equipped with a fail safe braking system operating on all four (4) wheels.
Performance can't be equipped.
Missing relation parameter – Fed Spec 595B Colour Number
These colours shall be either a low gloss camouflage green (drab olive) which meets APAS 0154 or a full gloss commercial golden yellow, FED SPEC 595B Colour Chart Blue Angels Yellow, the RGB Index is FCCE16 Yellow.
FED SPEC 595B requires a colour number, not given here.
Inappropriate relation parameter – workmanship, dimensional accuracy
5.23 Particular attention shall be paid to the workmanship of the dimensional accuracy, elimination of sharp edges and burrs, attaching fasteners, surface preparation and finish, and marking and alignment of components.
