Inappropriate Use or Location of Mandatory Requirement

d. Logged Trip data (functionality shall be provided to ensure the integrity of this

data);

Comment - A mandatory requirement in parentheses makes it difficult to track (and easy to miss).

A few lines later, tracking data is provided to external systems without an integrity requirement being specified. Given the presence of this one, it could be inferred that no integrity check is required for bus position.

"Real-Time" means, in relation to reporting of events and data, transactions which shall be concluded in sufficient time to meet overall System performance requirements

Comment - Use of "shall" in subordinate or relative pronoun clause. Defined term should not use mandatory requirement as part of its definition.
