Data Mining
The Orion Data Miner makes use of an undirected knowledge structure to provide rapid deployment of information extracted from databases and web logs. There is no need for data extraction, transformation into statistics, and then into rules for implantation in some other system. The same structure that has the data from the database pumped through it is then used operationally. The multi-purpose structure can learn on each transaction, making it possible for an operational system to "learn on the run".
